Chief Executive Director
The Executive Director reports to the board of trustees, and is responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of it's vision, mission and financial objectives.

Executive Secretary
The Executive Secretary develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and functions of the offices and divisions. Works on a variety of assignments, keep track of numerous details and ensures compliance with required program, administrative, and management deadlines, researches and interprets policies and procedures on administration programs applies critical thinking and makes recommendations to the CED for change; coordinates, manages and serves as the point of information on selected priorities, program concerns and goals; works appropriately with the information of a confidential nature; and assist staff as appropriate.
